Inclusion and Diversity Statement

InspectionConnection is committed to sharing values of diversity and inclusion in order to achieve excellence. We believe in having a diverse group of employees working together in a climate of respect and support. Our company welcomes people from diverse backgrounds and thanks all employees for their continued dedication and support in strengthening the company. All of us our better than any one of us.

InspectionConnection is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all forms and areas. We celebrate and foster a company culture of inclusion for all emphasizing and recognizing diversity on the basis of race, religion, gender, national origin, ancestry, language, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information/characteristics, veteran status, political affiliation, or any other characteristics. To that end we continue our long-time commitment to hiring, retention, and recruitment policies and practices that bring our company in line with our core values and beliefs. Beyond embracing diversity in our broader secular community, we also specifically acknowledge, embrace, and respect diversity of opinion and the diversity of our employees. We will engage conversation within our diverse family and community, striving to enrich individuals and organizations alike, and make our world a more just and equitable one.

Salaried Staff

InspectionConnection compensates associates via salary, not piecework. Quality audits and cycle time drive performance, not the volume of estimates written. We’re all about Indemnity Governance, assuring the correct amount gets paid on each claim entrusted to us.

Comprehensive QA Program

Using an approach like that employed by many Fortune 100 insurance carriers, InspectionConnection conducts comprehensive closed file reviews, open file reviews, and real-steel inspections. Reviews can also be done with our partners if desired.

Specialty Specific Team

Experience. InspectionConnection team members have demonstrated passion and knowledge in commercial and specialty claims. From mechanics and body techs to specialty RV fabricators and trainers, be assured your specialist with InspectionConnection has strong ties to the industry - not an auto adjuster who gets a random specialty claim.

Not a Franchise

InspectionConnection is solely a provider of material damage claim solutions. Your standards of quality, speed, service, and accountability are best served by a single voice - one set of criteria in all areas across the nation. You will not have different standards based on location and who “owns” your claim because we are not a franchise.

Loss Adjustment

Using the experts at InspectionConnection allows your claim staff to focus on other tasks unrelated to estimating. Shifting the physical damage responsibility from staff eases the expense pressures created by doing estimates, reviewing demands, and other material damage tasks.

Quality Assurance

We conduct a two-tiered reinspection process. Managers are reinspected by directors for calibration, assuring “everyone is seeing things through the same set of glasses.” The proper documentation and evaluation of a vehicle’s condition require more than a limited number of photos. We take a comprehensive approach to our photo standards, validating our client’s work product meets our Quality Assurance process.
